What will my role be in organising a Treely challenge?

We know organising corporate events can be (very) tricky... So we've done everything to cut down your workload as much as possible!

Here's how:
We kick off our collaboration with a briefing meeting, where we prep you for every possible scenario!
We provide you with a ready-to-use communication kit. It includes everything you need to effectively communicate about and animate the challenge (like words of encouragement to spread, visuals and videos in your company's branding, pre-written emails, etc.).

And remember, you're never on your own.

Throughout the challenge, you get the support of a dedicated Treely contact.

They'll follow up with you individually and offer advice over the phone, by email, or even by carrier pigeon if that's your usual mode of communication (yep, we adapt to our clients' needs ;-)).

In short, we've got everything sorted to make your life easier!

We've organised challenges that lasted 2 days, as well as challenges of 15 days.

Based on our experience, we recommend a 12-day challenge: the ideal time for all your employees to embrace it fully.

Plus, when starting on a Thursday, your team will have two weekends to squeeze in a few more steps and share some incredible photos.

Our approach to avoiding greenwashing is based on total transparency and concrete actions.

Here's how we ensure to stay true to our vision:

Priority on Reducing Emissions
If we never talk about "carbon offsetting" in our communication, it's not by chance: before even considering offsetting emissions, it's about reducing them.
Plus, we choose not to collaborate with companies that contact us with the objective of "offsetting". Just a heads up ;-)

Collaborating with a Certified NGO
Since our inception in 2022, we have planted over 186,000 trees thanks to Eden Reforestation Projects.

The choice of this NGO is based on strict criteria we set ourselves:
NGO recognised by independent third parties
Planting of local species
No monoculture
Post-plantation monitoring
Collaboration with local communities

For us, it's not just about planting trees but restoring an entire ecosystem.
